We ship via Royal Mail and all methods allow tracking. We will do our best to get your order out to the post within 3 days of your order. Special delivery items are only guaranteed to arrive the day after dispatch - in certain situations this is not the same day as the order is placed. If an order is for a gift or it is essential to receive it within a certain time frame please let us know and we will give it special attention.

We have a no quibble returns policy. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Any purchase returned to us must be in good condition in the original packaging.
